About the Role
The Marketing Manager will lead the company’s growth strategy by developing data‑driven marketing plans, managing budgets, and driving brand expansion across multiple branches. This role oversees campaign development, team leadership, and performance analysis to support the company’s long‑term commercial objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop growth plans and increase revenue through market and customer‑behavior analysis
- Prepare and develop the marketing budget, pricing strategies, and ROI measurement
- Lead the annual strategic plan for opening new branches
- Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and their performance
- Build the marketing team structure and enhance its performance
- Provide periodic reports to management, including financial and marketing analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing
- Experience in budgeting and commercial performance analysis
- Experience in digital marketing, multi‑brand and multi‑branch environments
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
