About the Role
The HR Section Manager plays a strategic leadership role in shaping the company’s human capital framework within the food storage sector. This position oversees the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring that policies, processes, and people strategies align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a seasoned HR professional capable of building systems from the ground up, supporting rapid organizational growth, and fostering a high‑performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop, implement, and continuously refine HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness. - Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
Lead recruitment activities, develop organizational structures, create job descriptions, and ensure the company attracts and retains top talent. - Training & Development Management:
Design and oversee training programs, employee development plans, and capability‑building initiatives to enhance workforce performance. - Employee Engagement & Recognition:
Plan and manage employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and celebrations of achievements to strengthen morale and workplace culture. - Internal & External Relations:
Maintain strong communication channels across departments and manage relationships with external partners, government entities, and service providers. - Data‑Driven Decision Making:
Analyze HR metrics, workforce data, and performance indicators to support informed decision‑making and continuous improvement. - Compliance & Governance:
Ensure HR operations comply with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources or Business Administration, preferably within the storage, logistics, or industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.
- High proficiency in Excel, HR systems, and training platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and organizational planning skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
