Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations across all activity zones within the entertainment center. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a high‑quality guest experience. The supervisor will oversee staff performance, monitor safety and cleanliness standards, and ensure that all operational procedures are followed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across all entertainment areas.
• Lead, guide, and support frontline staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and equipment readiness.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and on‑site problem resolution.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Implement operational policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate operational needs to management.
• Support event setups, special activities, and promotional campaigns.
