About the Role
The Executive Associate will serve as a strategic right hand to the CEO, ensuring smooth execution of high‑level initiatives and maintaining seamless coordination across departments. This role requires a proactive, highly organized professional who can anticipate needs, manage sensitive information with discretion, and support the CEO in driving organizational performance. The ideal candidate will excel in executive communication, project follow‑up, and cross‑functional collaboration, acting as a central link between the CEO’s office and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in planning, tracking, and executing strategic initiatives.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
- Coordinate cross‑departmental projects and ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Conduct research, compile data, and provide insights for decision‑making.
- Organize executive meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and partners on behalf of the CEO.
- Monitor deadlines, priorities, and action items for the CEO’s office.
- Assist in drafting official correspondence and communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Professional presence, discretion, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools.
More Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in administration, operations, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of visa processes is an added advantage.
