About the Role
The Operations Executive will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office and administrative operations. This position requires a detail‑oriented, reliable professional capable of managing documentation, coordinating with vendors, supporting HR/operations activities, and overseeing visa and licensing processes. The role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and timely execution of administrative tasks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Manage visa processing, documentation, and coordination with relevant authorities.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and operational documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Support HR and operations teams with onboarding, documentation, and logistics.
- Track company licenses, renewals, and compliance deadlines.
- Assist in procurement activities and office inventory management.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain data accuracy.
- Handle internal communication and support cross‑departmental tasks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Familiarity with visa processes and government portals (advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation workflows.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
More Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in administration, operations, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of visa processes is an added advantage.
