About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Administration Officer to join our team on the Qiddiya Project in Riyadh. The role focuses on providing day‑to‑day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, proper documentation, and effective coordination between departments, site teams, and management. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a professional, project‑based environment.
You will handle basic office tasks such as preparing documents, organizing files, supporting HR and logistics activities, and assisting in communication with internal and external stakeholders. Strong English skills are essential, as you will be dealing with emails, reports, and communication in English on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities

Office support:
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic records for documents, contracts, and correspondence.

Documentation and reporting:
- Assist in preparing letters, memos, reports, and presentations in English.
- Ensure documents are properly formatted, saved, and shared with the concerned departments.

Coordination and communication:
- Coordinate with project teams, supervisors, and other departments to support project needs.
- Draft and respond to basic emails in English in a professional manner.
- Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes when required.

Logistics and support tasks:
- Assist in arranging staff attendance records, basic HR forms, and related documentation.
- Support in coordinating with suppliers, visitors, and service providers when needed.

General office duties:
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements

Experience:
- From 0 to 1 year of experience in administration, office support, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

Language skills:
- Excellent command of English (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory requirement.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Technical skills:
- Good computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work with email and basic document management systems.

- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced project environment.
