About the Role
The Teacher will be responsible for supervising and educating children in a nursery setting, supporting their emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development. She will plan and implement age‑appropriate activities, maintain a positive classroom atmosphere, and ensure the safety and well‑being of all children under her care. The role requires close communication with parents and collaboration with other staff to deliver a high standard of childcare and early education.
Main responsibilities

Child supervision:
Monitor children at all times to ensure their safety, comfort, and well‑being. -
Educational activities:
Plan and deliver age‑appropriate lessons, games, and activities that support early learning (language, numbers, creativity, motor skills, and social skills). -
Classroom management:
Maintain an organized, clean, and engaging classroom environment, including learning corners and play areas. -
Emotional and social development:
Support children in building confidence, independence, and positive behavior; guide them in sharing, cooperation, and problem‑solving. -
Daily routines:
Assist children with daily routines such as arrival and departure, snack time, rest time, and hygiene practices in line with nursery policies. -
Parent communication:
Provide basic feedback to parents about their child’s day, behavior, and progress when required, in coordination with management. -
Health and safety:
Follow all nursery policies and procedures related to child protection, hygiene, safety, and emergency protocols. -
Teamwork:
Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work environment.
Required specializations
Vacancies are available under the title Teacher in the following specializations:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Kindergarten
- English Language
- High School or Bachelor’s degree in a related field with experience in daycare centers / hospitality centers
Qualifications and requirements

Education:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Kindergarten, or
- Bachelor’s degree in English Language, or
- High School or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with proven experience in daycare or hospitality centers.

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in nurseries, kindergartens, or daycare centers is preferred (and required for the “High School or Bachelor’s with experience” category).

Skills and competencies:
- Genuine love for working with young children.
- Patience, kindness, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to follow instructions, nursery policies, and daily schedules.
- Basic organizational skills and attention to cleanliness and safety.

Language:
- Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic;
- For English Language teachers, strong spoken and written English is required.
