Key Responsibilities

• Helpers support multiple departments depending on project needs. Their daily tasks typically include:

Material Handling & Site Preparation

• Transporting materials, tools, and equipment across the worksite
• Preparing work areas by cleaning, organizing, and arranging necessary items
• Assisting in loading and unloading materials

Support for Skilled Workers

• Assisting electricians, mechanics, and technicians during installation or maintenance work
• Holding tools, preparing materials, and supporting basic assembly tasks
• Following instructions from supervisors and ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently

General Labor & Safety

• Maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the site
• Ensuring pathways and work areas remain safe and free of hazards
• Cooperating with team members to complete assigned tasks
• Adhering to all safety guidelines and reporting unsafe conditions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
