About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical assistance to users and customers, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents through our service desk system.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk
  • Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi)
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus
