Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled workers with daily operational tasks on-site.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Support basic installation and maintenance activities under supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety guidelines.
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, disciplined, and efficient work environment.

Skills & Requirements

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Good communication and cooperation skills.
• Prior experience in construction or industrial environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
