Lean Engineer

The Lean Engineer will lead continuous improvement initiatives across project sites and internal operations. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, reducing waste, improving productivity, and embedding Lean methodologies within the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze processes, implement Lean tools, and drive a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process mapping, time studies, and root‑cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Standard Work.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure efficiency and performance improvements.
• Train teams on Lean principles and support change‑management activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to streamline workflows.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Lean/continuous improvement roles.
• Oil & gas construction experience is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
