About the Role
The Digitalization Engineer will drive the company’s digital transformation initiatives by implementing smart tools, automation solutions, and digital platforms that enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, innovation, and strong understanding of industrial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy digital tools, dashboards, and automation solutions.
- Integrate digital systems with existing operational processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the adoption of digital platforms across departments.
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and project teams to ensure seamless implementation. - Maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digitalization, automation, or industrial IT.
- Experience in oil & gas digital transformation is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics, digital tools, and automation platforms.
