About the Role
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day project operations within Advanced Facilities Management. This role requires a detail‑oriented and highly organized individual who can coordinate project activities, track progress, communicate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of tasks across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will assist project managers, maintain documentation, follow up on work schedules, and help ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and in compliance with company standards.
The Project Coordinator will also support communication between management, technicians, and clients, ensuring that updates, requirements, and instructions are clearly delivered. Strong administrative skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving are essential for success in this role.
Further Details:
Working Hours: 9 hours/day
Day Off: Friday
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities.
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, and progress reports.
- Follow up with teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate communication between project managers, technicians, and clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project updates as required.
- Support procurement and logistics by tracking materials and site requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and project standards.
- Handle administrative tasks related to project operations.
Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Nationality: Filipino or Indian.
- Must have a transferable Iqama.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
