About the Role
Ninja is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a welcoming demeanor to create a positive first impression while effectively managing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and courteous reception experience.
- Coordinate internal company events and activities.
- Assist employees with basic administrative support.
- Handle and coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
- Support office operations and help with general office tasks.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High school diploma or Bachelor degree in business Administration or related field.
