About the Role
The Safety Officers plays a critical role in safeguarding the health, safety, and regulatory compliance of construction and industrial project sites. This position ensures that all work activities adhere to local, national, and international safety standards, thereby preventing accidents, minimizing operational risks, and maintaining a secure working environment.
Vacancies: 15 Duration Long Term Transport Provided by Company Salary Release Every 3 Months Office Hours 8 AM – 12 PM & 4 PM – 8 PM

Key Responsibilities
|| Safety Officers are responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving safety practices across the project site. Core duties include:
- Conducting routine site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non‑compliance issues.
- Enforcing safety policies, procedures, and the proper use of PPE across all work areas.
- Ensuring full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including Aramco and Saudi labor standards.
- Preparing detailed safety reports, documentation, and compliance records.
- Leading safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for workers and supervisors.
- Investigating incidents, near misses, and accidents; documenting findings and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborating closely with engineers, supervisors, and labor teams to implement safety protocols effectively.
- Supporting emergency preparedness, evacuation planning, and first‑response procedures.
- Ensuring all personnel understand and follow approved safety procedures to maintain uninterrupted project operations.
Skills & Qualifications
|| To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate:
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, construction safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to enforce rules professionally and confidently.
- Competence in conducting risk assessments, writing safety reports, and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with workers, supervisors, and management.
- Relevant certifications in safety management, first aid, or related fields (highly preferred).
- Strong organizational discipline and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor regulations, Absher Iqama processes, Muqeem, and vendor compliance documentation.
