A Civil Engineer plays a pivotal role in the successful planning, design, and execution of construction and infrastructure projects. This position is responsible for ensuring that all project components from conceptual design to final handover are delivered with precision, safety, and efficiency. The Civil Engineer will oversee site operations, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements. This role directly impacts project quality, cost control, and long-term sustainability, making it essential for large-scale industrial and civil development works.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed site assessments and feasibility evaluations.
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure alignment with approved plans and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, track timelines, and manage resources to maintain schedule integrity.
• Lead project control functions, including documentation, reporting, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, engineering designs, and construction documents.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Identify technical challenges and implement practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare progress reports, quality documentation, and updates for management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with civil engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Required Expertise & Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering, including strong exposure to project control within civil works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (above basic level) for design review and drafting.
• Strong command of Excel and Word (better than average) for reporting, data management, and documentation.
• Solid understanding of civil construction standards, methodologies, and safety requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high-quality standards throughout long-term projects.
• Age limit: Below 45 years.
