Site Engineer | Steel Structure Fabrication

The Steel Structure Fabrication Site Engineer will oversee fabrication, erection, and installation of steel structures. This role requires deep technical expertise in steel works, strong drawing interpretation skills, and the ability to supervise fabrication teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Review fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and erection plans.
• Supervise fabrication, welding, cutting, and assembly of steel components.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with engineering standards.
• Coordinate with fabrication workshops, site teams, and project managers.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of steel structure activities.
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality control throughout fabrication and installation.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and material tracking.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (Steel Structure specialization preferred).
• Strong experience in steel structure fabrication and erection.
• Excellent understanding of drawings, measurements, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to manage teams and oversee workshop and site operations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools.
