Civil Supervisor

A highly experienced Civil Supervisor with a proven track record of managing on‑site construction activities in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with project specifications, maintain safety standards, and coordinate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver projects within time, quality, and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all civil works on site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare daily progress reports and highlight any issues affecting project timelines.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges promptly.
• Ensure all work is executed in accordance with Saudi building codes and company standards.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of civil supervision experience within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multicultural teams and work under pressure.
