Land Surveyor

A skilled and detail‑oriented Land Surveyor with extensive experience conducting surveying operations across various project sites in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for performing accurate measurements, preparing survey reports, and supporting engineering teams with precise data essential for construction planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using total stations, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
• Prepare accurate topographic maps, site layouts, and boundary reports.
• Verify levels, alignments, and dimensions before and during construction.
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure correct implementation of designs.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment regularly.
• Document and store survey data systematically for project reference.
• Ensure all surveying work complies with Saudi standards and project requirements.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional surveying experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong command of surveying tools, software, and measurement techniques.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and provide precise field data.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
