QA/QC Manager

Leads the full Quality Assurance & Quality Control function for large-scale infrastructure projects. Ensures compliance with project specifications, international standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-wide QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection strategies.
• Lead internal and external audits, NCR management, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
• Manage QC teams across multiple disciplines (civil, MEP, systems).
• Ensure documentation accuracy and timely submission of quality reports.

Requirements

• 20+ years of QA/QC experience in major infrastructure or airport projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of ISO standards and quality frameworks.
