WPR play a critical role in executing on-site activities that involve the operation of heavy machinery and specialized equipment. Their work directly impacts project progress, precision, and safety. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, disciplined, and capable of performing tasks in alignment with Hadid Project standards and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate WPR machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to project specifications.
• Follow technical guidelines, operational manuals, and site instructions.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and safety teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily operations and completed tasks.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a hazard-free work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Valid Hadid Authorization (mandatory).
• Proven experience operating WPR machinery in industrial or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of site safety rules and operational procedures.
• Ability to identify hazards and follow preventive measures.
• Physically fit, disciplined, and able to work in demanding site conditions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
