About the Role
A dedicated and experienced Site Engineer is required to support our ongoing construction and steel fabrication projects in Riyadh. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in active site environments, understands the technical and practical demands of steel and structural works, and can ensure smooth day‑to‑day execution with professionalism and precision.
The position involves full responsibility for coordinating site operations, supervising teams, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring that all activities align with project plans and timelines. Candidates with strong technical knowledge, hands-on site experience, and the ability to manage fast-paced field operations will excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site activities related to steel fabrication, erection, and structural works.
- Ensure all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Plan and allocate daily tasks, coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and support timely execution of site activities.
- Conduct routine site inspections to maintain quality, workmanship, and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure strict adherence to site safety procedures.
- Prepare accurate daily reports, maintain documentation, and support project record-keeping.
- Address site challenges proactively and provide practical, technical solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with strong exposure to steel fabrication, metal works, and site execution.
- Solid understanding of engineering drawings, site coordination, and project workflows.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple activities.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant tools is an advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Valid Iqama.
- Valid driving license.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
