About the Role
A highly skilled and dependable Site Project Engineer (MEP) is required to lead and manage full-cycle construction project execution across commercial, industrial, and large-scale developments. The ideal candidate brings extensive on-site experience, strong technical expertise in MEP systems, and the ability to independently oversee all phases of project delivery—from planning and mobilization to execution, quality control, and handover.
This role demands a proactive leader who can coordinate multiple stakeholders, supervise diverse teams, resolve site challenges in real time, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from initial planning through final completion.
- Ensure all site activities progress according to the approved schedule and project milestones.
- Plan, allocate, and manage manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources.
- Coordinate daily with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure all work meets required quality and technical standards.
- Oversee the installation, execution, and inspection of all MEP works on-site.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols, site procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor site productivity, identify issues, and implement timely corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the head office.
- Support project planning, cost monitoring, and documentation as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in construction and MEP project execution.
- Strong background in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, or warehouse projects.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to independently manage site operations and lead multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale, fast-track, or high-complexity projects.
- Knowledge of project planning, reporting systems, and cost control processes.
- Strong understanding of safety standards, risk management, and site compliance procedures.
