About the Role
Responsible for leading the overall operations, maintenance, and service delivery of the project’s facilities. Ensures compliance with contractual KPIs, manages multi‑disciplinary teams, and maintains high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hard & soft FM services, preventive & corrective maintenance.
- Manage budgets, service contracts, and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead client communication, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Develop improvement plans and optimize operational efficiency.
