The Business Development Officer will act as a key representative of the hospital—building trust with doctors, clinics, corporates, and insurance partners while ensuring our services are well‑positioned in a competitive healthcare market. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand hospital services and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong referral networks with doctors, clinics, corporates, and insurance providers.
- Promote hospital services through professional visits, presentations, and awareness activities to increase patient inflow.
- Understand client, partner, and patient needs, ensuring alignment with hospital services and capabilities.
- Support and execute marketing initiatives, outreach programs, and community engagement campaigns.
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and performance metrics using CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance patient experience and service quality.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to guide business strategies.
- Work consistently toward achieving monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in hospital business development, healthcare management, or medical marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Solid understanding of hospital operations, healthcare services, and patient pathways.
- Ability to manage corporate partnerships, insurance coordination, and institutional tie‑ups.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Previous experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare organizations.
- Exposure to medical tourism or international patient coordination.
