<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, search engines, email, etc.). <br>
- Manage and optimize social media accounts, creating engaging content tailored to the target audience. <br>
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for campaign growth. <br>
- Utilize SEO & SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings. <br>
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop visually compelling advertisements. <br>
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize effectiveness. <br>
- Manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads to optimize return on investment (ROI). <br>
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates. <br>
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies. <br>
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and present insights to management.
<br> <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br> - Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. <br>
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing. <br>
<b>- Technical Skills:</b> <br>
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools. <br>
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices. <br>
- Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot. <br>
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) is a plus. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Soft Skills:</b> <br>
