Speech & Language Specialist

<b>Child Life Medical Rehabilitation</b> Center is looking for an experienced <b>Speech and Language Specialist</b> to join its Riyadh team. The selected candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, assessing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of various ages. This role requires expertise in speech therapy techniques, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in children and adults. <br>
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring measurable progress in speech and communication skills. <br>
• Utilize various therapy techniques to improve articulation, phonation, fluency, and social communication skills. <br>
• Provide training and guidance to patients, caregivers, and family members on effective speech therapy exercises. <br>
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, for holistic patient care. <br>
• Maintain accurate patient records, document therapy sessions, and track progress for ongoing evaluation. <br>
• Stay updated on latest research and advancements in speech language pathology to enhance therapeutic practices. <br>
• Conduct educational workshops for parents, teachers, and caregivers on speech development and intervention techniques. <br>
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS) regulations and maintain a valid professional license. <br> <br> <br>

<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br>
<b>- Education:</b> Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field. <br> <b>- Professional License:</b> Must have valid registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS) as a Speech and Language Specialist. <br> <b>- Experience:</b> Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in speech therapy. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Technical Skills:</b> <br>

• Expertise in speech therapy techniques for various disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders. <br>
• Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices and speech therapy tools. <br>
• Strong understanding of neurodevelopmental disorders and their impact on communication. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Soft Skills:</b> <br> <br>
