About the Role
Helpers play a vital role in supporting skilled workers on construction and maintenance sites. They assist with material handling, preparation of tools, and maintaining overall site cleanliness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, welders, and other skilled workers with daily tasks
- Load, unload, and move materials as instructed
- Prepare tools, equipment, and work areas
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the job site
- Follow safety rules and company procedures
- Support team members to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- Valid Iqama
- Basic experience in labor or construction work preferred
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Original passport required for application
