Safety Officer

The Safety Officer position at Al Bayan Global Gen. Cont. Est. is a critical role within the construction and industrial sectors, particularly for large‑scale projects in Jafurah, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
|| The Safety Officer will be responsible for daily oversight of site activities to ensure full compliance with safety rules and procedures. Core duties include:

• Conducting routine site inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitoring workforce compliance with PPE requirements and safety protocols.
• Preparing safety reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
• Delivering toolbox talks, safety orientations, and emergency response drills.
• Coordinating with engineers, supervisors, and management to implement safety measures across all project areas.
• Ensuring continuous compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or industrial safety roles.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NIBOSH, and BLS standards (certifications required).
• Proficiency in hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering clear safety instructions to workers and management.
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain compliance documentation.
• Experience in large‑scale industrial or oil & gas projects is highly preferred.
• Must be disciplined, detail‑oriented, and capable of working under pressure while upholding strict safety standards.
