1. Kitchen Assistant (Assistant Chef)
Role Purpose:
To support the main chefs in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and organization across all workstations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing ingredients, chopping, cutting, and basic cooking tasks
- Support chefs during meal preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies
- Ensure smooth workflow during busy hours
Ideal Candidate:
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations

2. Pastry Chef
