About the Role
The <b>Sales Consultant</b> will play a key role in achieving the company’s sales targets by developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly persuasive, and able to analyze market trends to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Actively seek out potential clients and develop long-term relationships to generate sales opportunities. <br>
- Present and promote available properties in an informative and compelling manner. <br>
- Conduct property tours and consultations with prospective buyers, answering inquiries thoroughly. <br>
- Understand the client's requirements and recommend the most suitable property solutions. <br>
- Negotiate and finalize property sales contracts while ensuring client satisfaction. <br>
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. <br>
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance sales initiatives and promotional campaigns. <br>
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress reports. <br>

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding real estate transactions.

<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
- Minimum <b>6 months</b> of sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector. <br>
- Strong <b>communication and interpersonal skills</b> with a persuasive approach. <br>
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long term customer relationships. <br>
- Familiarity with the local real estate market in <b>Jubail</b> is an advantage. <br>
- Self-motivated, target driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. <br>
- Proficiency in <b>Microsoft Office applications</b> for reporting and documentation. <br>

<b>Arabic</b> proficiency is preferred, <b>English</b> fluency is required.
