Scaffolders

The Scaffolder role is a vital position within the construction and industrial sectors, responsible for assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems that enable safe access to elevated work areas. This function is especially critical in large-scale industrial environments such as oil, gas, and infrastructure projects, where strict safety compliance is mandatory.

Scaffolders ensure that all structures are stable, secure, and fully compliant with safety standards before any work begins. In high-demand project locations like Turaif, scaffolding operations directly support construction, maintenance, and shutdown activities—making this role essential for project efficiency, worker safety, and overall operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and engineering guidelines.
• Select appropriate materials and inspect all components to ensure safety and structural integrity.
• Ensure all scaffolding installations are stable, secure, and compliant with site safety regulations.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other trades to provide safe access for ongoing construction activities.
• Conduct routine inspections of scaffolding structures and report any hazards or defects immediately.
• Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and maintain strict adherence to site rules and regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in scaffolding work within industrial or construction environments.
• Strong understanding of scaffolding techniques, load-bearing structures, and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights and in demanding site conditions.
• Knowledge of international safety standards; Gulf experience is an added advantage.
• Basic communication skills, teamwork ability, and discipline.
• Familiarity with site documentation and compliance processes is preferred.
