About the Role
The Site Engineer will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring that work is executed according to project specifications, engineering standards, and safety regulations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between contractors, consultants, and the project management team. The engineer will monitor progress, prepare reports, resolve site issues, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. This position suits candidates who are proactive, organized, and capable of managing field operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and safety assessments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and company policies.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Communicate project updates to the project manager and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geological Engineering.
- Experience in site supervision, construction operations, or field engineering.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic engineering software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and quality standards.
