Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br> <b>- Financial Reporting:</b> Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. <br> <b>- Accounts Management:</b> Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation. <br> <b>- ERP System Utilization:</b> Maintain financial records using <b>Odoo ERP</b>, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency. <br> <b>- Budgeting & Forecasting:</b> Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions. <br> <b>- Tax & Compliance:</b> Ensure adherence to Saudi accounting regulations, including VAT and other tax-related requirements. <br> <b>- Bank Reconciliation:</b> Monitor and reconcile bank statements to maintain financial accuracy. <br> <b>- Expense Tracking:</b> Analyze and report company expenses, identifying cost saving opportunities. <br> <b>- Audit Support:</b> Collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth financial audits and compliance checks. <br> <b>- Excel Proficiency:</b> Utilize <b>advanced Excel functions</b> for financial analysis and reporting. <br> <b>- Problem-Solving:</b> Identify and resolve financial discrepancies, ensuring smooth financial operations. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Ideal Candidate Profile:</b> <br> <br> <b>- Education:</b> Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. <br> <b>- Experience:</b> Minimum <b>3 years</b> of experience, preferably in the retail sector. <br> <b>- Technical Skills:</b> Strong knowledge of <b>ERP systems (Odoo preferred)</b> and <b>Saudi accounting regulations</b>. <br> <b>- Analytical Abilities:</b> Ability to interpret financial data and provide insights for business growth. <br> <b>- Attention to Detail:</b> High level of accuracy in financial reporting and transaction management. <br> <b>- Multitasking:</b> Ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently under pressure.
