About the Role
A reputable company in <b>Jubail City</b> is seeking a highly skilled <b>Oper</b>ations Man<b>ager</b> to oversee and optimize project operations within <b>SABIC</b>. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or operations management, proven leadership abilities and experience working with SABIC projects.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Lead and manage operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with <b>SABIC</b> standards. <br>
- Supervise and coordinate project execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality benchmarks. <br>
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation. <br>
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to streamline project operations. <br>
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. <br>
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies. <br>
- Provide leadership and mentorship to supervisors and operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. <br>
- Prepare reports and presentations on project progress, operational challenges, and strategic recommendations. <br> <br> <br>
<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. <br>
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within operations or project management. <br>
- Prior experience working with SABIC projects is mandatory. <br>
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus. <br>
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively. <br>
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset. <br>
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
