General Accountant

A well established company in <b>Al-Jubail</b> is seeking a <b>General Accountant</b> to join its finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, proficiency in financial software, and a keen eye for detail. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with one year or less of experience to develop their expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and operational accounting. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Location:</b> Al-Jubail, KSA <br> <b>- Monthly Salary:</b> 6000 | SAR <br> <b>- Annual Leave:</b> 21 days per year

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. <br>
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations. <br>
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections. <br>
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions. <br>
• Ensure compliance with <b>SOCPA</b> regulations and other financial policies. <br>
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities. <br>
• Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation. <br>
• Utilize accounting software to manage financial data efficiently. <br>
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and reporting. <br> <br> <br>

<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br> <br>

• Bachelor’s or Diploma** degree in Accounting or a related field. <br>
• Valid membership with the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA). <br>
• One year of experience or less in the accounting field. <br>
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus. <br>
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills. <br>
• Proficiency in accounting software and general computer applications. <br>
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
