Coating Applicator

The <b>Offshore Coating Applicator</b> is responsible for preparing, applying, and inspecting protective coatings on offshore structures to prevent corrosion and ensure durability. This role requires expertise in surface preparation, coating application techniques, and adherence to industry standards such as NACE or SSPC. The ideal candidate must have offshore experience and possess BOSEIT & H2S certifications. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Location:</b> Dammmam | <b>Offshore</b> <br> <b>- Duration:</b> 6 Months & Extension Possible

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as per project specifications. <br>
• Apply protective coatings using spray, brush, or roller techniques, ensuring uniform coverage. <br>
• Conduct quality checks to verify coating thickness, adhesion, and durability. <br>
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including NACE, SSPC, and Aramco regulations. <br>
• Maintain coating equipment and ensure proper handling of materials. <br>
• Document coating application processes, including batch numbers, environmental conditions, and inspection results. <br>
• Coordinate with supervisors and inspectors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. <br>
• Follow safety protocols, including H2S awareness and offshore worksite regulations.

• Offshore experience is mandatory. <br>
• BOSEIT & H2S certification. <br>
• 3rd Party Training (NACE or SSPC or equivalent). <br>
• In-house training (7-10 days). <br>
• Previous JCC and Aramco approvals. <br> <br> <br>
