About the Role
We are seeking skilled Rigger-3 professionals to join our team for an ongoing project in Berri. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling, positioning, and securing heavy equipment and materials. This role demands a strong understanding of rigging techniques, safety procedures, and compliance with industry regulations.

As a Rigger-3, you will collaborate closely with crane operators and other site personnel to ensure the safe and efficient movement of equipment. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless execution of lifting operations in a dynamic and high-paced environment. The ideal candidate must possess a valid rigging card and demonstrate experience in industrial rigging, load calculations and equipment inspections.

Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Inspect lifting gear, rigging equipment, and load attachments for safety compliance. <br>
- Ensure safe rigging practices in accordance with local and international safety standards. <br>
- Assist crane operators in executing complex lifts by providing clear and accurate signaling. <br>
- Determine weight loads and select appropriate lifting gear for specific operations. <br>
- Secure materials and equipment efficiently to prevent workplace hazards. <br>
- Adhere to strict HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols and company guidelines. <br>
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any operational concerns. <br>
- Work collaboratively with engineers and supervisors to ensure optimal project execution. <br> <br> <br>
