About the Role
We are seeking a skilled <b>Payroll Officer</b> to join our team in <b>Dammam's Second Industrial City</b>. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with labor laws and financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and payroll management, along with proficiency in Excel and excellent attention to detail.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
✅ Process monthly payroll with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring employees receive their salaries on time. <br>
✅ Maintain compliance with GOSI regulations, labor laws, and internal company policies related to payroll administration. <br>
✅ Generate payroll reports and provide relevant financial documentation to management and auditors. <br>
✅ Address employee inquiries related to salaries, deductions, benefits, and payroll processing. <br>
✅ Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage payroll adjustments, deductions, and employee benefits. <br>
✅ Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for payroll transactions, maintaining confidentiality. <br>
✅ Monitor and reconcile payroll accounts, resolving any discrepancies in coordination with the finance department.

<b>- Required Qualifications:</b> <br> <br>
🎓 Education: Accounting major (Diploma or Bachelor's degree required). <br>
📊 Experience: Previous experience in payroll processing or accounting is highly preferred. <br>
💻 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, payroll software, and financial reporting tools. <br>
