Safety Specialist

We are seeking experienced <b>Safety Specialists</b> to join our team in Jubail. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, implementing health and safety regulations, and promoting a culture of safety across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols, risk assessment, and compliance with industry standards.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with local and international regulations. <br>
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance. <br>
• Identify workplace hazards and provide solutions to mitigate risks. <br>
• Lead safety training sessions for employees and management. <br>
• Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports with corrective actions. <br>
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety laws and regulations. <br>
• Collaborate with various departments to improve safety standards.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. <br>
• Minimum 2 years of experience** in a safety-related role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry. <br>
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations. <br>
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (both written and spoken). <br>
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle safety compliance responsibilities.
