Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Office Management: <br>
- Coordinate everyday administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and organizing travel plans. <br>
- Maintain and update office filing systems and company databases. <br> <br>
- Communication: <br>
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, telephone calls, and email correspondence. <br>
- Prepare and distribute professional documents, memos, and presentations as required. <br> <br>
- Administrative Support: <br>
- Assist senior management and various departments with day-to-day administrative needs. <br>
- Monitor office supplies and inventory, ensuring that orders are placed in a timely manner. <br> <br>
- Report Generation and Documentation: <br>
- Compile, proofread, and edit reports, proposals, and other documents with a keen eye for detail. <br>
- Manage confidential files and records while ensuring strict compliance with company policies. <br> <br>
- Coordination of Events and Projects: <br>
- Collaborate in organizing internal events, corporate meetings, and training sessions. <br>
- Support project coordination tasks to enhance workflow efficiency and departmental communication. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Basic Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (written and spoken). <br>
- Organizational Skills: <br> A high level of attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. <br> <br>
