Warehouse Supervisor

Join our dynamic healthcare team in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia! We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inventory management across our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare or medical supply management, ensuring the seamless handling of both medical and non-medical inventory.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
✔ Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing and distributing medical and general supplies <br>
✔ Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor usage trends and reorder items as required <br> ✔ Ensure all materials are stored in compliance with health and safety regulations <br> ✔ Track inventory movement and maintain precise records <br> ✔ Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verifications <br> ✔ Collaborate with procurement and clinical teams to meet supply demands <br> ✔ Prepare and submit detailed inventory reports <br> ✔ Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely usage or disposal of near-expiry items <br> ✔ Maintain cleanliness and organization within storage areas

🔹Education: A background in healthcare, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred <br> 🔹Experience: Prior experience in hospital or healthcare inventory management is a plus <br> 🔹Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory management software/systems <br> 🔹Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time and resources effectively <br> 🔹Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other relevant tools <br> 🔹Communication Skills: Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage) <br> 🔹Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with multiple departments
