About the Role
The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br>
- Manage executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. <br>
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. <br>
- Handle confidential documents and ensure security. <br>
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. <br>
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. <br>
- Oversee office operations and supervise administrative staff. <br>
- Conduct research and compile data for decision-making. <br> <br> <br>
<b>- Qualifications:</b> <br> <br>
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. <br>
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role. <br>
- Strong communication and organizational skills. <br>
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, scheduling tools). <br>
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
