Requirements

  • Efficiently process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic forms. <br>
  • Quickly and accurately handle customer transactions to ensure a seamless checkout experience. <br> <br>
  • Cash Handling and Reconciliation: <br>
  • Manage and balance cash registers daily. <br>
  • Maintain precise records of all financial transactions and promptly report any discrepancies. <br> <br>
  • Customer Service Excellence: <br>
  • Greet customers warmly, respond to inquiries, and provide clear communication regarding products or services. <br>
  • Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience. <br> <br>
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence: <br>
  • Follow all company protocols, policies, and regulatory guidelines related to cash handling and customer interactions. <br>
  • Ensure all transactions are compliant with internal process controls and health regulations. <br> <br>
  • Support and Coordination: <br>
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management for continuous service enhancement. <br>
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, receipt management, and maintaining a tidy work environment. <br> <br>
  • Problem Resolution: <br>
  • Address inconsistencies or errors in transactions and escalate issues to the management team when necessary. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications and Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
  • Experience: <br>
  • A minimum of one year of proven experience in a cashier role or similar customer-focused position in retail or hospitality environments. <br> <br>
  • Availability: <br>
  • Candidates must be available to work full-time and be flexible with shifts as required by operational needs. <br> <br>
  • Health Certification: <br>
  • A valid health certificate is mandatory, ensuring all employees meet the necessary health and safety standards. <br> <br>
