About the Role
As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a vital role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to strengthen our workforce. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating hiring processes. This position requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br> ✅ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. <br> ✅ Source, screen, and assess potential hires through various channels, including job portals and networking. <br> ✅ Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring alignment with company hiring needs. <br> ✅ Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing requirements. <br> ✅ Manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees. <br> ✅ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports for tracking progress. <br> ✅ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications & Skills:</b> <br> <br>
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. <br>
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. <br>
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. <br>
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. <br>
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
