About the Role
As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting relevant solutions, and negotiating contracts to close deals successfully. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and provide strategic recommendations will be essential in this role.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br> ✅ Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients to promote PQS services. <br> ✅ Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and revenue targets. <br> ✅ Industry Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of certification and quality services to provide informed solutions to clients. <br> ✅ Negotiation & Persuasion: Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively. <br> ✅ Customer Relationship Management: Build trust with clients by addressing concerns and offering tailored solutions. <br> ✅ Problem-Solving: Proactively resolve customer issues to enhance satisfaction and retention. <br> ✅ Market Analysis: Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. <br> ✅ Strategic Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value of PQS services. <br> <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications & Skills:</b> <br> <br>
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). <br>
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in certifications and quality services. <br>
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. <br>
- Strong ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals. <br>
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle work pressure. <br>
- Solid problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach. <br>
- Proficiency in market analysis and business development strategies.
