MHG Company is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Photographer to join its creative team. This role involves planning, capturing, and producing high-quality images and videos that align with the company’s marketing and branding objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling, ensuring that visuals effectively communicate the intended message. <br> <br> The Photographer will work closely with designers, marketers, and content creators to produce professional-grade photography and videography for promotional materials, social media content, and corporate projects. <b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br> <b>- Concept Development & Planning:</b> <br>

• Develop storyboards and scene scripts to organize photo and video shoots. <br>
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to determine visual direction. <br>
• Plan shot lists that effectively communicate brand messaging. <br> <br> <b>- Photo & Video Production:</b> <br>
• Prepare shoot locations, lighting setups, and necessary equipment. <br>
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for advertisements, campaigns, and corporate branding. <br>
• Use advanced photography techniques to enhance visual appeal. <br>
• Adjust camera settings to match lighting conditions and creative direction. <br> <b>- Editing & Post-Production:</b> <br>
• Retouch and enhance images using industry-standard software. <br>
• Edit videos to ensure smooth transitions, optimal pacing, and strong storytelling. <br>
• Apply filters, effects, and corrections to align with brand aesthetics. <br> <br> <b>- Project Documentation & Archiving:</b> <br>
• Maintain a structured archive of all images and videos for future reference. <br>
• Organize digital libraries to streamline access for marketing and creative teams. <br>
• Ensure backups and proper categorization of media assets. <br> <br> <b>- Collaboration & Coordination:</b> <br>
• Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators. <br>
• Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance brand visuals. <br>
• Stay updated on photography trends, tools, and industry best practices. <br> <br> <b>- Requirements:</b> <br> ✅ Education: High school diploma or higher. <br> ✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year of photography experience. <br> ✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in camera operation, lighting techniques, and editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent). <br> ✅ Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong ability to compose and capture aesthetically pleasing visuals. <br> ✅ Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. <br> ✅ Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively with marketing and design teams.
