About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and <b>Aramco Approved</b> <b>Safety Officer</b> for a long-term project at <b>Shyuba</b>. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety measures to maintain a secure work environment. <br> <br> <br> As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring workplace safety, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly followed. You will conduct site inspections, provide training to staff, and collaborate with project management teams to maintain Aramco's high safety standards.

Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Oversee and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies. <br>
- Conduct risk assessments and develop preventive measures. <br>
- Regularly inspect worksite conditions to identify and mitigate hazards. <br>
- Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees. <br>
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). <br>
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions. <br>
- Maintain safety documentation and compliance records in line with Aramco standards. <br>
- Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
<br> <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br> <br>
<b>- Aramco approval is mandatory</b>. <br> - Proven experience in occupational safety within construction or industrial environments. <br>
- Strong knowledge of Aramco safety regulations and industry best practices. <br>
- Relevant certifications in occupational health and safety <b>(NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent preferred)</b> <br>
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
