About the Role

We are hiring a Data Entry Clerk to support our supermarket operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing inventory, sales, and supplier data while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

<b>Responsibilities:</b> <br>

  • Enter and update stock, sales, and supplier information in the system.
    <br>
  • Verify data from invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports.
    <br>
  • Assist in generating periodic reports for inventory and sales tracking.
    <br>
  • Work closely with the warehouse and store teams to ensure accurate stock records.
    <br>
  • Identify and report discrepancies in data.
    <br>
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of business information.
    <br>
  • Support additional administrative tasks as needed.

<b>- Qualifications: </b> <br>

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
    <br>
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, preferably in retail or FMCG.
    <br>
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    <br>
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
    <br>
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with ERP or POS systems is a plus.
    <br>
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
    <br>
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    <br>
  • Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage.
