About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft 365 administration, email troubleshooting, and mid-level networking support. The right candidate will provide hands-on IT support while ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.
Requirements
<b>Responsibilities: </b> <br>
<b>- Microsoft 365 & Email Support </b>
<br>
- Provide expert assistance for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
<br> - Troubleshoot and resolve email-related issues such as configuration errors, delivery failures, and spam filtering.
<br> - Manage email security policies and support email migrations.
<br><br>
<b>- Networking & Infrastructure Support: </b>
<br>
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
<br> - Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
<br> - Monitor network performance and implement improvements as needed.
<br> - Assist in network security measures, including basic firewall configurations.
<b>- Technical & User Support: </b> <br>
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in person.
<br> - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
<br> - Install and configure operating systems and applications.
<br> - Assist in IT system upgrades and maintenance.
<b>- System Administration & Security: </b> <br>
- Maintain system updates, patches, and software installations.
<br> - Manage IT asset inventory and documentation.
<br> - Support cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring adherence to IT security protocols.
<br> - Educate users on IT best practices and security awareness.
<b>- Qualifications: </b><br>
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
<br> - 3/5 years of IT support experience, including network troubleshooting.
<br> - Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and email administration (Outlook, Exchange Online).
<br> - Familiarity with Windows and mac OS troubleshooting.
<br> - Experience with Active Directory and network monitoring tools. <br>
- CCNA certification is preferred.
<br> - Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) is a plus.
<br> - Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS).
<br> - Knowledge of network security tools and best practices.
<br> - Ability to configure wireless networks and infrastructure.
